I wanted to import a patch from .csv and exported from Clarity.

Had to assign the fields and could not get this to work properly. (Have 4 fields and about 10 destinations...)

I got some fixtures imported without manual work (Generic RGB) but still no address - it says "unpatched"

1. What is the correct assignment using CSV exported from Clarity ?

2. Will it work ?

Firmware 2.21 and latest Clarity too.

Sorry for the slow reply, your message somehow slipped through the auto-notify system we use.

The patch import in NexLAN was only ever designed to work with the patch export function in NexLAN. In theory it could work with a Clarity exported CSV patch, but the formats are completely different, so you would need to do a lot of intermediate work in Excel to match the formats.

Also it will only work if the fixtures exist in the NexLAN library and in Clarity - AND they would have to have the exact same names. The problem is that the two products use different suppliers for the fixture library, so that names are often slightly different (e.g. Mac600_Mode2 vs Mac600_Mode_2).
