Hi There,

I've been testing a digital/pixel led strip. Generic kind (12x1 RGB from the library). I have perfect control over the strip and running it through the matrix has been a breeze. However, the colour channel order is incorrect. Mine is BRG and LSC's is RGB.

Went into the fixture editor and opened the generic profile, changed the channel order and saved as a new fixture. Patched my new fixture into clarity, but when opening the programmer, there were no cells available to select. Only a single fixture with multiple attributes. Nothing else was changed in fixture editor except the channel order of the colours.

Is there something I'm possibly missing?

Editing an existing fixture will destroy any Compound fixture in it, you need to create a new fixture from scratch as a Compound fixture. The instructions on how to do this are in the Users Manual.

However if it was me, I would just request a free template from the LSC website form and wait for it to arrive.
