Copy/past Between Two Lights

Hi
I have tried to use the copy/paste functions between two lights and I can only get it to work when I select the first light then press Grab and then copy. Is this the right way? In the manual it only sassy copy.

  •   Copy Copies the attribute values of the currently selected fixture or multiple

    fixtures to the clipboard.

  •   Paste Pastes the attribute values of the clipboard to the currently selected fixture or multiple fixtures.

Hi Klaus 

Yes I know.. But to get work I have to press Grab and then Copy.. If I just selected a fixture and press Copy nothing happens :(

the attribute values from the source fixture have to be active in the programmer, there for you just copy what is needed ...

eg.: if only intensity and colour of the source fixture are active in the programmer , you will only copy/paste intensity and colour.

       So it act like a filter ...

thanks Klaus... I tought that I can grab any lights and then just Copy, but it makes sens that I have to press grab to get it in to the programmer first. :)
