Is it possible to get an random chase in the offset in Dynamics?
Right now its only possible to sort fixtures random. I like to have a random offset each cycle of an chase dynamics so it will not repeat the pattern.

huh? no like in not possible or no like in not interested?

No it is not currently possible.
We are always interested in adding new features :-)
To clarity, you want a new random selection order every time the effect starts a new cycle?

Yeah because the current way is to shuffle the order of fixtures around and that will never be "random" to me, it is Shuffle.
And a random chase should have as you said new order ever time it starts over, or random order every time?

OK.
Anyone else want this.

I think a random offset in dynamic each cycle only would work for very specific settings.
I have a tip for a 'non-repeating' dynamic though: (Don't know if it will work for bman63s need)
Make the dynamic you want
Shuffle the selection order and make a fan on offset
Select for instance odd fixtures and adjust rate slightly.
The two halves will drift apart and you probably won't see a repeating pattern.
PS. Remember that random sometimes looks weird.

Beside Random Bounce will be good to have too.

Pero, how does Random Bounce work?
Is it like this for a 6 step chase - 1,4,2,5,3,6,3,5,2,4,1 (eg symmetrical) or something different?

Sorry for my English... I was thinking more of simple Bounce function, although your Random Bounce is a good idea, symmetrical or asymmetrical, the way you describe it.
