Fix for "Failed to Update User Library" on Mac OSX

If Clarity reports the error

Failed to update user library.
Please check permissions of '/Applications/Clarity.app/Contents/Resources/library/userfixtures' - All users need to have Full Control


Please see the attached video for an explanation of how to fix the problem. It is a ZIP file so you will need to download it and extract it, then it should play in Quicktime. Sorry for the low resolution, but we are limited in size as to what we can upload at the moment.
